Chicken Penne Pasta Bake

3 cup Mueller's Penne Rigate pasta 2.5 cup Hunt's Traditional Spegetti Sauce (by BEKKIHOPES) .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw .5 cup Mushrooms, canned 1 serving Chicken-Perdue Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 4oz 4 oz Creamed Cottage Cheese 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
Cook pasta according to directions drain.
Cook ground chicken and onion until chicken is no longer pink , add mushrooms and spaghetti sauce(reserve 1/4 cup sauce for botto on baking dish.
Mix all ingredients except cheese.
Layer half Noodle mixture in pan and spoon cottage cheese in several spots then sprinkle half of mozzarella cheese. Top with remaining noodles and mozzarella. Cover with foil and Bake 350 for one hour remove foil and bake an additional 5-10 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 12- 4" pieces
