5 cup Vegetable Broth 455 gram(s) Bush's Best Cannellini Beans - White Kidney Beans (1/2 cup, 130 grams, 3.5 servings per container) 1.75 cup Great Value Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice) 191 gram(s) Hannaford Eastern Russet Premium Potatoes, (med potato) 210 grams Onions, raw 185 grams Carrots, raw 180 grams Celery, raw 5 grams Garlic 6 cup, chopped Kale 499.95 grams Potato, raw 1.75 cup Cannellini Beans White Kidney Beans Bushs2 bay leaves 4 sprigs thyme 4 sprigs parsley Black pepper and salt to taste
Medium dice the veggies. Mince the garlic. Drain and rinse beans. All but kale into slow cooker on low for 7 hours. Then put in kale, up temp to high for 2 hours.
