1.8 cup Beans, black1.8 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)1.8 cup Beans, red kidney0.75 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)2.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw1.0 cup Parsley5.25 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar 1 Tbsp (15mL) Organic, Raw-Unfiltered w/Mother, Unpasteurized, Gluten-free3.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil0.25 cup Granulated Sugar
1 In a large bowl, mix the 3 different types of beans, the celery, onion (drained of soaking water), parsley, and rosemary
2 In a separate small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, sugar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add the dressing to the beans. Toss to coat.
3 Chill beans in the refrigerator for several hours, to allow the beans to soak up the flavor of the dressing.
