Ricotta and spinach stuffed chicken

4 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 clove Garlic 4 cup Spinach, fresh 1 1tsp Olive Oil 8 oz Ricotta cheese, fat-free 0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Onion powder
Sauté onions till soft. Add in garlic until fragrant. Add spinach and sauté till wilted. Combine spinach mixture with ricotta and Parmesan cheese. Cut a pick into chicken breasts and stuff with filling. Sprinkle with onion, garlic and salt and back at 375° about 30 minutes or until cooked through
