Ingredients
1 Whole Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast - cut into bite sized pieces1 Med. Zuke - chopped3 Garlic Cloves - mincedApprox. 6 oz. dry whole wheat pasta3 Tsp. Philly light cream cheese1 cup chicken broth1 tomato - chopped1 tbsp evoo.
Directions
brown chicken in evoo. Add zukes, tomatos and garlic. Add chicken broth. Add Cream cheese. You could probably have less broth, it was a bit juicy. Before serving add cooked pasta and parm.

    I think that the broth should be halved and added to the chicken with the cream cheese. Then the vegatables and pasta tossed in at the same time so the Zuke and Tom stay firm and don't cook down completely. But the taste of this dish is GREAT! My 6-yr old loved it! - 7/28/11
