0.85 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 0.15 tbsp Chili powder .5 tsp Garlic powder .25 tsp Onion powder .25 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (by TORI7HARRISON) .25 tsp Oregano, ground .5 tsp Paprika 1.5 tsp Cumin - ground (1 tsp) (by INFORM555) 0.2 tsp Sea Salt, Trader Joe's 1.25 cup Rotel Original, Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies 14 serving Taco Bell Fire Sauce, 1 packet 3 sheet cut da carb bread (by GR8RISHE04) 16 oz Walmart Ground Beef 85/15 Roll-1lb 2.35 cup Trader JoeÃÆ'¢â‚¬â„¢s Shredded three cheese blend 6 tbsp Bobby SalazarÃÆ'¢â‚¬â„¢s Mild Salsa 2 cup Baby Spinach (raw) 75 grams Cilantro, raw (1 bunch chopped add in between layers and on top)0.25 tsp Trader Joe's Chile Lime Seasoning Blend
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
1. Brown ground beef and onion
2. Drain and add taco seasoning and 1 can rotel
3. Place 1 cutdacarb flatbread (brown side down) in a 9x13 glass casserole or baking dish, cover with beef mixture, then cover in taco bell sauce and cheese
4. Then another flatbread, meat, sauce, cheese
5. Then one more flatbread, meat, pico de Gallo, then more cheese
6. Bake on 325 degrees for 25 minutes
7. Then broil for 2 minutes
