Chicken & Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients
500 g Uncooked Pasta25 ml Olive oil100 g chopped unions100 g chopped green peppers1 tsp chopped garlic100 g chopped mushrooms500 g chicken breasts without skin1 tsp fresh chopped herbsa pinch of paprikasalt & pepper to taste200 ml low fat milk200 ml water1 pkt of cream of mushroom soup (powder)
Directions
1. Cook pasta as usual, drain and keep aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a big sausepan.
3. Saute onions, garlic, green peppers and mushrooms until soft
4. Cut chicken into smal cubes of 1 cm by 1 cm
and fry with mushroom mix.
5. Add salt, pepper, paprika and herbs
6. Mix water, milk and the soup powder, add to the chicken mixture.
7. Simmer for 30 min over low heat and stir regularly.
8. Mix the pasta and chicken and let ist reast for 10 min before dinner.
