0.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tsp Sugar In The Raw .33 serving WATER~ Sparkling water, (from wal-mart) Clear American ~ naturally flavored sparkling water beverag 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, unsalted
Directions
MELT BUTTER ON FLAT GRIDDLE AND COAT SURFACE. POUR REMAINING BUTTER INTO MIXING BOWL AND ADD REST OF INGREDIENTS. MIX AND POUR OUT ONTO HOT GRIDDLE. COOK ON MIDIUM TO LOW HEAT UNTIL BROWN ON BOTTOM. FLIP PANCAKE AND COOK UNTIL CENTER IS DONE. WATCH CLOSESLY SO IT DOESN'T BURN. TOP WITH SUGAR FREE SYRUP.
