4 serving Chicken-Perdue Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 4oz 2 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning, dry 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper (by GARPER) 4 clove Garlic 2 cup Broccoli Florets 2 cup Baby Spinach (raw) 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheeses, shredded4 oz Cream Cheese 1 cup half and half
Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the chopped chicken breast, season with Italian seasonings and salt and pepper (to taste). Saute 4-5 minutes or until chicken is golden and cooked through. Add the garlic and saute for another minutes or until fragrant. Add broccoli, spinach and shredded cheese, and cream cheese. Cook for another 3 - 4 minutes or until the broccoli is cooked through. Serve with cooked pasta, rice, zucchini noodles, or cauliflower rice.
