2 tbsp Butter, salted 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp coconut flour (by KITTYGIRL007) 2 tbsp pillsbury blanched almond flour (by BRENDA627) 0.5 tsp Baking Powder 0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Monkfruit Sweetener Classic White (by PAMRICH5) 2 tbsp Butter, salted 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 3 tsp Monkfruit Sweetener Classic White (by PAMRICH5) 1 oz Cream Cheese 1 tbsp Butter, salted 3 tsp Monkfruit Sweetener Classic White (by PAMRICH5)
Melt 2Tbsp butter in large microwave safe mug. Mix in next 6 ingredients.
Melt next 2 Tbsp butter while mixing above ingredients.
Place mug in microwave and cook on high for 90 seconds. Meanwhile take 2nd melted butter and mix in the 1tsp cinnamon and 1 TBSP monkfruit. When mug cake is done, Immediately invert on wire cooling rack.
Split in half horizontally, Spoon the butter glaze evenly over each half.
Soften the cream cheese and butter in microwave until it starts sputtering, then mix in monkfruit. Spread evenly over the 2 muffins.
Serving Size: 2
