Szechuan Sesame Pasta with Broccoli

Ingredients
6 cup Steam Fresh Brocoli 4 cup Trader Joe's Brown Rice Spaghetti Pasta 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3- Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 6 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw 0.25 cup Sesame Seeds 8 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf stable 3 serving Bard Valley Medjool Dates (2 dates) 2 tsp minced ginger (by KRHINKY) 3 serving Garlic, cooked (1 clove / serving) 3 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano)
Directions
In a high-powered blender, puree all of the sauce ingredients until smooth.

In a large bowl, toss the noodles, broccoli, red pepper and scallions with the sesame sauce until thoroughly coated. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.

To serve, divide among 6 plates and sprinkle with the sesame seeds
