Banana Pancake

Ingredients
1 medium Banana, fresh 1 medium Egg, fresh 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Mix all together. Heat pan and cook on one side. Cook through with lid on.
Carefully turn over and cook a little more.

Can burn, so be careful!
