Baled Salmon Patties

Ingredients
9 oz Pink Salmon - Wild Alaskan Salmon Skineless and Boneless Canned .5 cup Bread, Progresso Bread Crumbs, Garlic and Italian Herb 2 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 1 tbsp Lemon juice 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .12 tbsp Herbs de Provence (by MRSJOCCO)
Directions
about a quarter tsp of herb de provence
Mix everything together and form 8 patties .
Use a little bread curmb is needed to shape patties
Spray pan with oil
place patties on pan and give a little spray
bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until egg is cooked
