Mexican Zucchini Dish

Ingredients
5 cup, sliced Zucchini 2.5 oz Cheese - Happy Farms Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese (1 oz per serving) 1.5 cup Tomato Sauce .75 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 1tsp Olive Oil
Directions
Saute zucchini slices & shredded onion in oil till partially cooked. Add stir in tomato sauce and top with shredded cheese. Cover and cook until done.
