Ingredients
0.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 0.5 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 1 serving 2 eggs, lightly beaten (by CLEMENTSUE) 0.5 tsp Nutmeg, ground 4 tbsp Butter, salted 2 tbsp, unsifted Powdered Sugar 1 serving Lemon juice - of half lemon, 1 Tablspoon (Atkins)
Directions
Combine: Flour, Milk, Eggs, Nutmeg
Melt Butter in 10" diameter cast iron skillet placed in oven, then when very hot, pour batter into skillet and bake for 15-20 minutes, remove from oven, sprinkle with Powdered Sugar and return briefly to oven. Remove to serve, sprinkle with lemon juice, and serve with a side of fruit or jellies

Serving Size: Make one 10" diameter, serves two persons
