8 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 6 link (raw dimensions: 4" long Pork Sausage 2 tbsp Sour Cream 2 tbsp Great Value Heavy Whipping Cream .50 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, chopped Kale 1 cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk 1 1tsp Olive Oil
Spread olive oil in bottom of crockpot. Scramble eggs with sour cream and whipping cream. Layer kale, onion, sausage crumbles, and cheese and then pour egg mixture over. Cook on low for 3 hours or until done
