Mini Meatloaves

Ingredients
40 oz Ground beef 40 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
Mix ground turkey and beef. Mix seasoning into parmesan cheese. Add eggs and parmesan plus seasoning to the ground meat mixture. Roll out into balls and mash into desired shape. ~2” X 3” rectangles work well for us. We shoot for ~1” thick in any shape. Bake in a pan deep enough to collect fat/liquid. 350 for 22-25 minutes. Done when internal temperature reaches 165. Serving Size: 10-12 individual meatloaves
