2 cup Cauliflower, raw 2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2 cup, diced Celery, raw 8 oz onions, raw, purple/red (1 slice) 2 cup, sliced Zucchini 24 oz Best Choice Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (frozen) 2 cup pieces Mushrooms, fresh 2 tsp Spices, Cumin Powder (by MZTRACY) 2 tsp Basil 6 serving Chicken Boullion Cube (by MRSDUDLEY) 8 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
Melt coconut oil on medium in a stock pot. Add chicken and onion. Sauté for about 5 minutes or until the chicken is almost cooked. Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Turn down to medium and let cook for about 20-25 minutes.
