Beer-Cheese-Sausage

Ingredients
1/2 stick of butter8 oz Cheddar Cheese 8 oz Swiss Cheese 1 can or bottle (12 fl oz) Regular Beer 1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 2 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth .5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw .5 cup, diced Celery, raw .5 cup Half and Half Cream 8 oz Andoille sausage (by IMSPARKD)
Directions
Melt butter in large stock pot. Saute celery, carrots, and onions until soft. Add flour and stir. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add chicken broth. Bring to boil. Add cheeses while stirring. Reduce heat. Add half and half. Add sliced sausage. Serve.
