3.5 serving(s) simple truth diced tomatoes16.0 oz Ground beef, lean1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper2.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw12.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk2.0 serving Hormel Pepperoni (15 Pepperoni)0.5 tsp Oregano, ground1.0 serving Salt: Morton, Lite Salt Mixture, 1/4 tsp (1.4g)/serving
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Chop green pepper and onion and place on a sheet pan. Cool for about 5-7 minutes.
Brown ground beef. Drain fat.
Drain tomatoes and rinse off.
Assemble casserole in pan,
Layer ingredients starting with the ground beef in the bottom of the pan, add diced tomatoes, green peppers and onion, oregano, salt, pepper to taste, pepperoni and then cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and starting to Brown. Serve hot.
