Slow Cooker Chicken Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
2 chicken breast, boneless & skinless4 cups Compliments Vegetable Mix for Soup (1 full frozen pack)1 (900 ml) Campbell's Chicken Broth (30% less salt)1 cup Instant White Rice
Directions
Place chicken in slow cooker and cook on high for 2 to 3 hours. (internal temp needs to reach 165F)
Once chicken is cooked, shred apart. (You can use 2 forks to do this)
After Chicken is shredded, add Broth and Vegetable Mix and continue cooking on high for another 2 hours.
Add instant rice during the last 20 minutes of cooking
