1 can Canned Tomatoes 1 cup Parsley .5 cup Peanut Butter, chunk style 4 clove Garlic 1 tsp Cumin seed 1 tsp Salt .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground .25 tsp Paprika 6 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato 2 cup Beans, red kidney 8 cup, chopped Kale
