Stew Peas no pig tail

Ingredients
1 lb Beef chuck 1 lb Beef chuck 5 cup Beans, red kidney 3 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16") Ham, regular (11% fat) 4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 small Onions, raw 1 clove Garlic 1 tsp Salt 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Sauté beef with onion garlic scallion. Add water, ham bone with ham on it. Add 2 cans kidney beans. Cook 1 hour. Add coconut mike, cook for another 1/2 hour. Serve with rice, spinners and scotch bonnet pepper
