Berry Smoothie Cheesecake Fat Bombs

1 cup Mixed Berries (or any kind of berry) 250 grams Cream Cheese 1 tsp Vanilla essence 1-2 tbsps Erythritol (sweetener)2 tbsp Coconut Oil
Make sure cream cheese is sitting at room temperature.
Throw everything into a food processor and blend together.
Scrape the sides at least once so all ingredients are mixed into a berry smooth consistency.
Pour into an ice cube tray and freeze.
Enjoy once frozen! So creamy smooth and berry delicious!
