Moroccan Chicken and Apricot Tagine

Ingredients
6 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 cup, halves Apricots, dried 1 tsp Coriander seed .75 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 can Canned Tomatoes 0.5 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste 3 tbsp Honey 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Cumin seed 4 tsp Ras El Hanout Moroccan spice blend (by BHAM-MAMA)
Directions
Put everything in the crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8. Cut chicken into chunks last hour.
