Ingredients
1 9 inch pie shell baked 10 mins7 ripe plum tomatoes sliced1 yellow onion3/4 cup mayo3 oz shredded mozzarella cheese1/3 cup grated parmesan cheeseblk pepper1 teaspoon basil1 teaspoon oregano
Directions
bake pie crust 10 mins in 360 degree oven
layer sliced onion and tomatoes in crust
mix remaining ingredients and spoon over tomatoes.

bake 350 until golden brown.

good warmed up
