0.33 cup Cheese, Mozarella, shredded low moisture part-skim, Crystal Farms .33 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 0.33 cup Cheese, sharp cheddar, grated 3 cup Birds eye riced cauliflower 2 cup Spaghetti Squash 16 oz Ham - Cubbed (by MRSSILVERA42) 4 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives 1.5 tbsp Parsley, dried 3 tsp Pepper, black 1 dash Salt 6 tbsp Onion (raw), chopped 1 tsp Onion powder 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
In a large bowl mix riced cauliflower, cooked and cooled spaghetti squash, cheeses, egg, onion and seasonings. Chop, slice or cube ham and add to bowl. Mix well. Spoon into baking dish (spray with non-stick). Bake at 425 for 40 min or until brown and crispy on top.
