Chicken Tortilla Soup - No Beans

Ingredients
2 cup Chicken Breast - Chopped or Diced 1.75 cup Red Gold Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies (by LUCINDA_WP) .125 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 clove Garlic 28 oz Kirkland Chicken Stock .5 tsp Seasoning, Cumin = 1 tsp (by 16HEATHER) .25 tsp Pepper, black 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 2 half Zuchini Raw Half Medium (by SKIBIENIE)
Directions
Place chicken, tomatoes, onion, green chiles, and garlic into a pot. Pour in chicken stock, and season with cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir in 10 oz corn and 1 can black beans, if desired. I omitted the corn and black beans to keep it low carb. Cook on Med setting for 15-20 min. Garnish with crushed tortilla chips, sour cream, shredded cheese, or avocados. (Note: garnishes not included in nutrition information) Makes 6 servings.
