LOW CARB SLOW-COOKER SHREDDED ORANGE SESAME CHICKEN

24 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast - Raw (by LAURIE32) .5 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 2 tsp Garlic 5.34 tbsp Orange Marmalade "Smucker's" Sugar Free 2 tbsp Tamari Gluten Free Soy Sauce, reduced sodium (by IMMAXSGIRL) 1 tsp Onion powder 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (by TORI7HARRISON)
In slow cooker combine broth, marmalade, soy sauce, garlic and onion powder. Stir until well combined.
Season chicken with salt and pepper, then add to crockpot.
Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until chicken is fully cooked.
When done transfer chicken I to a separate bowl and using 2 forks shred the chicken.
Return chicken to crockpot, add the sesame seeds and mix well.
Serving Size: Makes 8-3 ounce servings
