Ingredients
0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds 4 tbsp Szechuan Spicy Stir Fry Sauce 2 serving carrot shreds 2 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce 1.75 serving 6 oz Ribeye 2.5 cup, sliced Summer Squash 2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 2 tbsp Butter, salted 1 clove Garlic 1 tsp Ginger Root
Directions
Cut steak into bite size pieces and marinate in soy sauce, garlic and ginger. Heat small amount of oil or butter in skillet. Saute steak quickly. Remove and then saute squash, onions, mushrooms and carrots. Season with stir fry sauce and cook until tender. Add steak back. Serve with rice if desired (not included in calorie count).
