Tilapia Tacos!!!

Ingredients
6 oz. Tilapia filets1 jalepeno seeded and into large pieces(red makes it look prettier-add two, or keep the seeds for more heat!)3 cloves garlic1/2 bunch of cilantrojuice of two limes4 whole wheat tortillas1/2 c. low fat cheddar cheese1/2 c. tomatoes1 c. shredded lettuce
Directions
So the long prep time is mostly marinade time! Makes 2 servings of two tacos each! Whir the cilantro, lime juice, jalepeno's and garlic in the food processor until it is thin. Chop tilapia into chunks and put in a bowl. Pour marinade over tilapia and marinade for at least an hour. (More if you can in the fridge) Spray a non-stick pan with non-stick spray and put tilapia chunks in the hot pan. Cook through. Warm tortillas. Put cooked tilapia into shells evenly. Top with cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. Add non-fat sour cream if you can afford the calories! Enjoy! These are sooooo yummy!
