Ingredients
52 oz (3.25#, 1476g) Elk Meat6 cloves (20g) Garlic1 Tbsp (9g) Celery Seed2 Tbsp (9g) Oregano1 tsp (3g) Black Pepper2 tsp (12g) Sea Salt7 oz (200g) Sweet Red Onion, finely chopped1 large or 2 small (556g) Yams, cut into bite sized pieces4 (357g) Carrots, cut into bite sized pieces6 cups beef (or venison) bone broth
Directions
Add above ingredients (in order listed) to 6 quart crock pot. Cook on high for 7 hours. Test carrots for doneness. Makes 10, 12 oz. (340-350g) servings.
