Ingredients
1 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower, raw 1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream 2 1tsp Olive Oil 1.5 cup Trader Joe's Shredded Three Cheese Blend 0.5 cup Kraft Shredded Parmesan Cheese Natural Cheese 1 tsp Garlic powder 0.5 tsp Onion powder 0.25 tbsp Morton Lite Salt 1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
Directions
Instructions Preheat oven to high broil. Cut the head of cauliflower into small florets and toss them in a bowl with the olive oil. Place the florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Broil for 5-8 minutes or until the florets are tender and roasted. Meanwhile, place the heavy cream, jalapeno, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt into a saucepan or small pot over high heat. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer. Add in the cheeses and stir until melted. Remove the florets from the oven and toss in a large bowl with the cheese sauce until evenly coated. Serve immediately. Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
