Ingredients
70 gram One Degree organic sprouted whole wheat flour (by KYIREL) 0.125 cup Country Choice Organic Old Fashioned Oats 1 tbsp Flax Seeds - Bob's Red Mill Organic Natural Raw Whole flaxseeds, srvg size= 2T 0.125 cup Wheat Germ Organic Raw / 1 cup (115g) (by LORBILENKIN) 1 tsp Baking Soda 0.25 tsp Kosher salt, coarse, Morton (by BLUEJEAN_GIRL) 0.66 cup Lactaid 2% Milk 0.5 cup Whitehouse original applesauce (by HALEYORPIEE) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Separate the egg, Beat the egg white fluffy. Add yolk and the flour, seeds, wheat germ, oats, salt, milk and applesauce together and mix well until smooth. Gentlty fold in fluffed egg white. Cook on a preheated waffle griddle to desired doneness. Top with nut butter, plain Oikos yogurt and fruit, Serving Size: 6 servings
