Ingredients
1.0 cup, chopped Watercress3.0 oz Shrimp, cooked1.0 serving Lemon juice - of half lemon, 1 Tablspoon (Atkins)1.0 dash Salt4.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Clean and Chop Watercress and dip in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and put in a bowl. Sauteed unshelled river shrimp in a pan with 1 tbsp Olive oil. Bring down from heat and put together with watercress. Then, add lemon juice and Olive oil. Mix well and ready to serve.
