Jeweled Holiday Rice

Ingredients
1 tbsp water1/2 large yellow onion, diced1 cup vegetable broth1/2 cup white wine1 cup brown basmati rice1/2 cup orange juice1/2 tbsp orange zest1/2 tsp black pepper1/3 cup Crasins
Directions
Heat a large, nonstick pot over medium-high heat.
Add the water and onion amd cook 6-7 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients except pepper and Craisins. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to a simmer, cover and cook 40 minutes.
Stir in pepper and Craisins, recover and cook 5 minutes longer.
Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes before fluffing and serving.
