Chicken Marsala-Performance

Ingredients
1 tbsp Olive Oil 4 fl oz Chicken Broth 3/4 clove Garlic 1/2 cup pieces Mushrooms, cooked 2 tbsp Wine, Marsala Cooking Wine 7 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 9.9 grams Rice flour, brown
Directions
Dredge chix cutlets in flour and shake well to remove excess.
Saute over medium heat using 1.75 tsp. oil until golden brown--watch to cook evenly and not to burn. After cooking chix breast--add in mushrooms and remaining 3/4 tsp. oil to saute in pan. Once mushrooms have cooked 3-4 minutes add in marsala wine, garlic, chix broth, and chicken.

Serving Size: Performance 7.5 oz. chix breast with 1/2 cup mushrooms
