Ingredients
1 1/2 c. cornmeal1/3 c. sugar3/4 c. flour1 1/4 t. baking soda1/2 t. salt1 c. buttermilk2 eggs1/2 c. oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.

Combine dry ingredients in medium bowl. Combine wet ingredients separately and add to dry ingredients. Mix well.

Pour into a greased 8x11 pan. Bake for 20-25 min.

Makes 15-21 servings.
