Turkey Sausage Patties

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs of extra lean ground turkey1/2 cup bread crumbs1 egg1 large onion, peeled and grated1 tsp poultry seasoning1/2 tsp cayenne pepper1/2 tsp nutmegsalt and pepper to taste1/4 tsp ground cloves
Directions
Mix everything together well. Divide into 8 portions and make into patties. (You can use plastic patty dividers if you have them or individually wrap them in plastic wrap and then place in a large ziploc. ) Freeze until you are ready to use them.
