1 lb Ground beef, lean 2 tbsp taco seasoning mix 1 cup Four Cheese Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese 1/2 cup Salsa Con Queso - Medium 12 oz Strip Style Tortilla Chips 1 can Diced Tomatoes (Zesty Chili Style) 1 can Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano 1 cup Casa Mamita Refried Beans (fatfree) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)
cook beef, then add seasoning some onions until done. set aside. Mix in a saucepan the cans of tomatoes and refried beans and mix until soft enough to spoon on the chips. Cookie Sheet , parchment paper and then layer the chips. Spread the mix on all chips then sprinkle meat mixture, green pepper, onions and then the cheese. Bake for 30 minutes @ 300 then enjoy.
