apple spice baked steel cut oats

Ingredients
2 cup slices Apples, fresh with skin .75 cup, packed Raisins 1 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry 1 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tbsp Honey
Directions
cook apples, honey, raisins, cornstarch and cinnamon on stover. Precook steel cut oats, pour over the apple mix. bake at 375 for about 30 minutes.
