Ingredients
3 serving pasta, costco/sams, Garofalo, organic, Casarecce, 2/3c dry (by MATAMCO) 6.5 oz Baby Carrots (Bunny-Luv organic) 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 16 tbsp Distilled White Vinegar (by FIBU69) 1 cup Granulated Sugar 20 tbsp Great Value Fat Free Sweetened Condensed Milk (14oz can = 20 tbs or 10 servings) (by STEPH2003) 32 serving Hellmann's , Light Mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp 1 tsp Salt 0.5 tbsp Pepper, black
Directions
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 11 minutes or until al dente; drain. In a large bowl, combine pasta, carrots, green pepper, and onion. In a medium bowl, combine vinegar, sugar, condensed milk, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Toss salad with dressing and chill 4 hours in refrigerator before serving.
