Tempeh Teriyaki

Ingredients
1 8ox pkg pf tempeh - cut into cubes1/2 cup Soy Vay Terikayi sauce3 bunches of broccoli cut into spears1 large onion, sliced1-2 cloves of garlic minced3 tsp of minced fresh ginger1 T canola oil
Directions
Marinate tempeh in teriyaki sauce for about 20 minutes
Heat oil in large pan or wok over med-high heat
Add garlic and giner, saute for about 1 min
Add onion, cook for about 3-5 min
Add broccoli and cook for about 5 min more - until bright green but crisp to your liking'
Add tempeh in marinade - cook until heated through
Serve over whole wheat coucous (I cup of dry to two cups liquid - bring liquid to boil, add grain, cover, remove from heat and let stand for 5 min. Fluff and serve)
