5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 120 grams Spinach, frozen 40 grams Onions, raw 80 grams Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 85 grams Broccoli, cooked 56 gram(s) Extra Old White Cheddar Cheese (by MAYONAISE315) 60 gram(s) Baldersons Extra Old Cheddar (by KARDAR) 85 grams Red Ripe Tomatoes 10 serving Kirkland Real Egg 99% pure egg whites 1/4 cup 120 gram Kirkland Signature Honey Roasted Turkey Breast (sliced from individual turkey breasts) 1 slice (35 g)
Directions
350 degrees for 20-30 min.
Next time--could add more broccoli and some bacon bits (or bacon bits instead of turkey breast--not so flavourful)
