Apple oatmeal custard

Ingredients
16 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, refrigerated 2 tbsp Organic Chai Seeds 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground 2 tsp Ginger, ground 100 gram(s) Nielsen-Massey pure vanilla bean paste (by DENISE223) 1 serving Apple-Granny Smith Green (Medium) 3 large Egg Yolk 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Honey
Directions
Boil milk with ginger, vanilla, cinnamon and chopped apple. Add chia seeds and steel cut oats. Cook on low for 10 minutes. Beat egg and yolks with a little more milk. Add a little of the hot oatmeal to temper eggs and beat. Then add egg mixture into oatmeal and mix together.
