Coconut Cashew Bars

1 cup raw Cashew Nuts2 tbsp Coconut Oil 1 scoop vanilla Protein Powder 3 pitted dates 1 tsp almond extract3 tbsp Coconut Flakes, Organic, Unsweetened 14 grams Lily's dark chocolate stevia sweetened chocolate chips (around 1/4 cup) hulled hemp seed (optional)
Pulse cashews in food processor until broken up.
Add coconut oil, protein powder, dates, and almond extract and mix again in food processor.
Take food processor bowl and remove the blade. Stir in coconut flakes, stevia-sweetened chocolate chips.
Press into the bottom of a bread pan. Sprinkle with hulled hemp seed and gently press that into the top.
Bake at 350 degrees Farenheit for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool and cut into 8 sections.
