Mushroom Bisque

Ingredients
5 cup Milk, 3.25% 1 can (13 oz) Milk, canned, evaporated 0.50 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 8 tbsp Butter, Land o Lake Butter 5.3 serving Mushrooms, Fresh, White Button, Sliced (3 oz / 85g) 1 tbsp Salt 9 tsp Lea & Perrin's Worchestershire Sauce (by CALEKU)
Directions
In a large pot, add mushrooms to milk and bring to a simmer.
In a separate small pot add butter to onions and cook over medium heat until golden.
Add flour gradually while stirring, cooking the butter mixture into a paste, cook a couple minutes more. Add some of the milk to it and then gradually add all of the flour mixture to the milk mix. stirring constantly. When incorporated add the condensed milk, stirring, then the salt and Worcestershire sauce. Cook on low heat stirring occasionally for about an hour. Freezes well. Serve with a nice big salad. Very tasty.
