Curried Sweet Potato Wedges

Ingredients
2 pounds sweet potatoes, scrubbed1 tablespoon canola oil2 teaspoons curry powder1/2 teaspoon saltpinch cayenne
Directions
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. halve the sweet potatoes and cut each pice lengthwise into quarters. Toss with the oil, curry powder, salt and cayenne in a large bowl.
Arrange the sweet potatoes in a single layer on a large nonstick baking sheet. Bake, turning once, until browned and crisp, 35-40 minutes.
