Slow Cooker Low Carb Sante Fe Chicken

Ingredients
3.0 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw1.0 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne1.0 tsp Onion powder1.0 tsp ground cumin1.0 tsp Garlic powder100.0 grams Cilantro, raw1.0 can (12 oz) yields Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned0.5 cup RO TEL No Salt Added Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies14.5 fl oz Chicken Broth1.5 cup Great Value Black Beans4.0 oz Great Value Walmart boneless ,skinless chicken breast
Directions
1. Combine black beans, chicken broth, diced tomatoes with green chillies, corn, cilantro, scallions, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, and salt. Season chicken breast with salt and lay on top of the mixture. 2. Cook in low for 9.5 hours 3. Remove chicken from slow cooker to a cutting board, shred into strands, return to slow cooker, and stir into mixture. 4. Continue cooking on low for 30 minutes. You can doctor this to work for you.
