Ingredients
2 1tsp Olive Oil 0.50 tbsp Honey 3 tsp Lime Juice - ReaLime 100% Lime Juice 4 cup Baby Spinach - Fresh Express (bagged) 1 serving mushroom 1 cup sliced/pieces~70 gm raw 1.50 tsp Mustard grainy 2 serving Egg Hard Boiled (1 serving = 1 large egg boiled) 0.5 tbsp Mayonnaise, Hellman’s Light 3 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
Directions
Toss spinach, green onion, sliced mushrooms and sliced hard boiled eggs. Whisk together oil, honey, mayo, mustard and lime juice.
